My Fish
Yesterday while we were at Wal mart, I got a fish and named him Rascal Debata Wallace. So once I got home from Wal mart I had to wait about 4 hours before putting the fish in because we didn't have that special cleaner for the water. So what I did was basically watch TV and slowly do my chores. Once it was time I was so excited. I quickly asked my mom to help me pour the water in the tank. Once the fish was in I had to wait until supper time to bring the fish up to my room. So me and Henry carefully took the fish up to my room and set it on my vanity. I plugged it in and went to sleep. The next morning I looked at my fish, and it was dead. I ran to my brother and my mom. My mom told me I could take it back to the store since it hasn't even been 24 hours. And that's the story of my fish.

ILAH and HENRY Are Ready to Tackle Another Year
1st Day of School
Tucker decided a couple of weeks before school started that he and several of his friends needed to wear fake mustaches on the first day if school. He wanted to show the 6th graders that 8th graders had facial hair... After searching on-line, he had me drive him to Hot Topic to purchase a pack of fake mustaches. Then at Open House he distributed the facial hair so his buddies could add it to their first day school attire. Unfortunately the assistant principal and a couple of teachers didn't find it as amusing as I did and made them take their mustaches off before they even entered the school. He didn't dwell on it for long though because football practice started the first day too, and he and Mike are in heaven again.

Ilah - Our Entrepreneur
Ilah decided to have a lemonade stand last week. With Mike's help she made lemonade. Then she and her buddy Lydia made brownies and cookies. We set her up on the corner of Lone Elm and Murphy near our house but where there is some traffic. Her stand was open from 4-6 pm Thurs. and Fri., and she made almost $80. People are so nice!
